We are slowly easing into our lazy days of Summer here on the moors.
Our first ever crop of peas has been plucked. What a delightful simple pleasure it was too.

So deliciously sweet.
And when I saw this badge in my favourite shop yesterday. She had to come home with me.

Perfect way to celebrate your pea harvest with that gorgeous badge. Nothing beats fresh picked home grown peas, you remind us just how food should be.
We grew purple podded peas this year, which look amazing, but then they go green when you cook them! I wanted to eat purple peas!!
